Motor Control

No No no, this is not about the latest gearing of an electric vehicle. Its about how you choose to move, how your body integrates the environment around you to produce and distribute the forces. Its important, motor control can be referred as ”movement literacy”, it can be trained to aid an injury in physiotherapy , it can be used to help create better performance. However we are faced with a modern problem that we don’t move enough, consistent regular exercise, play with movement and fun with various activities is important, and I believe we are not getting enough.
