When we look to improve our performance or rehab our injuries in a physiotherapy clinic consistency in the process is paramount. Far too often to we look to do things with expedience, we want things to happen now and immediately, like yesterday type fast. In reality the body heals, it takes time and effort to force our physiology into a desired state and outcome. How can we do this?
