Clearance

Within my Vancouver physiotherapy practice I am fortunate to work with a wide variety of individuals. These clients all have different injuries, participate in different activities at different capacities. Its important to know what they want to get back into and when. Giving clearance for full participation is sometimes a difficult thing to pin point, it is the final aspect of the physiotherapy process. It’s important to let clients know the whole scope of their process, that the work they put in during the initial stages of rehabilitation, will ultimately lead to their long term success- not only with managing their current injury but with future performance and health. Clearance is the end result, but it is not the process of physiotherapy.
