Use and Disuse

There is much to be said about how much we choose to use our bodies and the various ways we do it. Spending time to challenge ourselves is very important to our health and well being. Not using our muscles in various ways is detrimental to our health and longevity. It’s application is wildly understood and appreciated yet many of us don’t create the time for consistent movement practices. It’s the cornerstone of my main street physio practice, the goal is to get my clients back to what they love doing and back challenging their bodies.
