Good Advice

One of the local shops I frequent has someone working who is injured. I’ve gotten to know some of these employees over a period of time, we have small talk, in this case small talk about the injury. Eventually I’ll bring up that I am a physio and some requests for advice will occur, which I am more than happy to provide. This had me thinking about the importance of advice and knowledge alone. As a physiotherapist this can be the most important intervention we offer our clients, giving reassurance and direction through information. Provided clearly and concisely good advice goes a long way.
