Intentions

Setting intensions with your training or rehabilitation process is one of the most important parts of success. Defining what you are intending to achieve and how you will go about achieving is necessary. When your activities, outlets , and source of drive are wiped out with an injury, it can be difficult to power through. Defining your own individual process is necessary, this process you have set for yourself should be consistent with the messaging and treatments from your therapist.
