Taking Time
When you are injured the most important thing is to take time for yourself. Take the time to put in the work, take the time to rest, take the time to recover. As a physiotherapist it’s clear to me the benefits of dedicating the time for recovery, you can see those who succeed and those who do not, it comes down to making recovery a priority. How does this play into our overall health outcomes, How much time are we making for our own personal health, is this a priority, is it even attainable?
