Consistency
I have been trying to write something on this blog once a day, simple and short, inspired by Seth Godin. This is evidently a difficult thing to do, especially in the beginning. Which brings my train of thought to consistency, and the practice of developing it. When it comes to health and rehabilitation, consistency really does matter. Setting a schedule for our own wellness is important and does matter a great deal, its taking a single pebble a day a then eventually you build a hill then a mountain. How do you collect your pebbles of health?
