Part of it

When you are taken away from your sport, favourite activity, past time and social outlets with an injury it is always difficult. I often have this conversation with clients regarding how much they miss being healthy and able to participate. The thing is , the injury and the rehabilitation is all part of it. Its all a piece of the the training for that activities, it just lives at a different point on the spectrum. Rehabilitation and training are one in the same, and even when you are out of your sport with an injury, you are still technically in it.
