When you look to improve or change a parameter of your body, whether it be for rehabilitation of performance it takes time, it requires repetition. Doing one set of push ups , unfortunately , won’t make you instantaneously stronger and more apt for more push ups. But…..doing push ups several times a week for several week will certainly make it so. Whats the deal? Repetition is the deal. A consistent and persistent stimulus will induce the change. When it comes to crreating change- do your reps.
