Learning new things
Learning is difficult. It will challenge us to accept that we may not know as much as we think, or we maybe less physically capable as we once thought. Learning is also incredibly important. Learning something new will open new doors for the individual, whatever new thing it maybe, a language, a new sport, maybe performing stand up comedy. When it comes to our health- How much are we learning on a daily, or weekly basis? Are we challenging our assumptions and getting better at it?
