Hips for days
In all forms of movements screens and assessments in the clinic, more time than not a client will have some trouble with their hips, I have yet to come across a client who didn’t lack range of motion, stability, or strength of their hip on the similar side of their injury. This maybe a chicken or egg situation, however when cleaning up the deficits , the pt seems to always improve. And why might this be? It results from being closely related with the pelvis, its roll in resisting and produces force from the ground up and the body down. Hips are very important, healthy stable hips will allow us to get the most out of ourselves for days to come.
