End Feels
When you move a joint towards the end of its available motion you will eventually reach the end of motion. The feeling the joint and the tissue you are moving will tell you something about the tissue. A boggy feeling tells you there is swelling, a bounce tells you there is tissue shortening around the joint , and firm end feel at end of rang lets you know thats as far as the joint will, and we hope not to have that feeling far too early which can be a sign of more significant tissue injury and/or pathology. Pay attention to how your joints feel, it can give you some good information
