Putting it to Practice
Everyday we consume content. We can listen to podcasts and music, read the latest news, watch something entertaining on youtube, see some pictures of friends or even read what your conspiracy loving uncle has to say about the latest …..whatever. The thing is the content we consume does nudge to particular behaviours. It plays a role in our environment, what we feel and view of the world we inhabit. Most often this content is doesn’t lead to much action or attentive thought, that may be the point of it, inactivity leads to more inactivity. As an experiment try consuming some motivating content, wether it be physical , mental, spiritual whatever you may be into…. then put it into practice.
