Making it last
One thing that interests me is how our environment begins to influence our thoughts and actions. In today’s modern society we are blessed with the ability to purchase new and better products on whims notice. Every technological fix and advance is in abundance , its seems to get better. This is great , however there is shockingly little thought which goes into making thins last, taking appropriate care of the items we currently own and attempting to sustain it until its necessary to obtain a newer item. The issue I take with this influence in our thinking is that we don’t apply the idea of sustainability to our own actions when it comes to our bodies. Your health is a long term investment which acquires attention and is dependent on the idea of sustainability and not quick fixes.
